Emmerdale fans will receive a shock today as police storm the village. DS Walsh arrives with her team and questions villagers about Celia Daniels. Laurel Thomas Is Hiding Something
DS Walsh and her team spread across the village. They were ready to find out every connection Celia Daniels made. Walsh questioned Caleb Miligan and Jai Sharma at the depot. She asked them about the drug rumours. However, Caleb was confident that she would find nothing new. However, Walsh saw Ray Walter’s body inside the van.
Elsewhere, Jai was the first person to haul in for answers. He had driven that van last week. And so he was the first person to be under suspicion. However, he stayed firm. He said he had nothing to do with Ray’s death. Out in the village, Laurel Thomas heard the news unexpectedly. Billy Fletcher mentioned Ray’s murder inside the cafe.
And Laurel held herself together in front of Nicola King. Later, she informed Arthur what had happened. However, his reaction felt uneasy. Back at The Hide, Laurel got inside the back room. She was wearing gloves and dumped Ray’s red bag into a bin. It looks like she is hiding something. But what could she be hiding, and is she connected to Ray’s murderer?
Caleb Miligan Pushes Back In Emmerdale
The village was buzzing with rumours. However, Caleb and Jai were watching the depot turn into another crime scene. Elsewhere, Jai pushed the idea that Celia could have killed her son. However, Caleb didn’t agree to it. He spoke what was obvious. He said a woman of her age would be unable to move a full-grown man into that van. And Jai recalled everything he believed about Ray’s final hours.
Elsewhere, Caleb was studying the situations. And then he said the killer might be someone closer to home. And again, Laurel came into the picture as she had earlier hidden evidence. Moreover, Caleb got more frustrated when the police tore through the depot again. He knew the situation would get messier before the truth came out.
