Jacob and Kammy confront each other in a dirt bike race this week. Jacob wants to win Sarah by either impressing her or bringing Kammy down. Earlier, he also reported Kammy to the police when he saw him in Cain’s car. Sarah gets angry when she learns that Kammy has started the race despite her warning to break up if he takes part.
Sarah is tired of the drama between Jacob and Kammy. When Jacob dumped Sarah, she liked Kammy and his mischievous acts as they brought out her bad side, too. However, now she is no longer interested in either of them.

Though the doctor is dubious, Sarah remains firm and also tells Vanessa that she has been visiting IVF clinics to confirm her eligibility. However, their conversation gets interrupted when Sarah’s grandmother, Charity Dingle, steps in. They both feel nervous.
Vanessa doesn’t want to hide Sarah from Charity. Moreover, things have just started to settle after their break-up, so she doesn’t want to ruin the relationship.
