The soap has been facing disruptions in recent weeks. This is due to the UEFA Women’s Euros. The Lionesses are just two matches away from winning their championship title. Furthermore, due to the sports coverage, many other rival soaps, including Coronation Street and EastEnders, have been affected. The soap viewers won’t be able to see the episode today. Instead, they will watch the coverage of the England vs Italy football match at 8 p.m.
However, Emmerdale will be back tomorrow. Cain Dingle is going through a lot due to his son, Nate Robinson’s death. In the previous episode, the soap fans learned that Owen is no more, and John Sugden framed him to save himself. He wrote a confession letter on his behalf claiming that he killed Nate Robinson. Cain is struggling due to that. John begins to feel guilty.

Meanwhile, Cain tells Liam to disclose more information about Owen. However, the doctor refuses to tell anything about him. Thus, Cain gets angry. When John hears Liam and Cain discussing the pain of losing the child, he is guilty. Then John gets anxious and reaches out to volunteer at the helpline. However, he gets confused when they suggest calling instead of sending a message.
Meanwhile, Kim Tate is desperate to get Annie’s field, but when Robert Sugden sees her determination, he refuses to sign. Robert Sugden is curious to find out the reason behind Moira’s desperation. Meanwhile, she gets angry when John’s half-brother cancels the deal. Elsewhere, a much larger change will occur in the schedules of 2026, which will impact both Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
