He even hired Shaun to get revenge on Billy, but his plan failed as Billy was in the garage.
However, when he received a letter, he got more nervous. It was written in a way to make Joe Tate afraid. It was mentioned that someone was watching him. As it is not Billy Fletcher, Joe is anxious about who is watching him. Then in the upcoming episodes, he receives an envelope where someone demands him £100000. He finds it in the kitchen of the Home Farm.
