Beth Cordingly is known for playing the character of Ruby Miligan in the soap. She made her first appearance in the soap in 2024. The character is the estranged wife of Caleb Miligan.
She has been a part of many complex and intense storylines, including betrayal, personal struggles and revenge. Last year, the soap fans were shocked to see the revenge plot.
They learned that Anthony Fox had sexually abused Rub,y and even Steph was a result of it. Thus, to seek revenge, she ended up killing him. Then many characters, including Caleb, John and Aaron, helped in covering up the murder. Furthermore, she has also been a part of a plot involving Anya. Though the character is no more, she tried to help her.
Ruby brought her home and tried to help the traumatised woman. But when she saw the fights between Caleb and Ruby, she fled. However, the soap fans later learned that she was a slave of Celia and Ray’s illegal business. When she couldn’t get the proper treatment during her illness, she died.

Elsewhere, Beth Cordingly, who plays Ruby Miligan in the soap, recently took to social media to share the news. The soap star shared a video on Instagram where she talked about her big milestone. She said that she is so chuffed as she has reached 100 thousand followers on Instagram. The star added that though it is a minor achievement, she feels like a milestone.
Beth thanked her fans for following her and listening to all her drivel. She gave a flying kiss and said that she observed her 100 thousandth follower, who is Keith Brymer Jones. She said that she is drinking out of his mug. At the end, she showed a glimpse of her cat. Beth mentioned in the caption that she loves being in touch with her fans and reading all their responses.
She also tagged Danny Miller and Bradley Riches, mentioning that it is not a million, but it’s good enough for her. Meanwhile, Bradley Riches wrote that he is her number one fan.
