Georgia Jay, who plays Steph Miligan in the soap, joined the village in November last year. The character is the daughter of Caleb and Ruby Miligan. Soap fans know that Anthony Fox sexually abused Ruby Miligan, and even her daughter Steph’s biological father was Anthony Fox.
Steph was shocked and heartbroken to know the truth that her grandfather was her biological father. She even decided to get plastic surgery, but failed as her parents found out the truth.
