During a scene in the cafe, the soap fans observed Steph wearing an oversized shirt and carrying a huge bag that she placed over her stomach. But when she stood up to leave the table, she failed to keep the bag over her stomach. Thus, the soap fans were quick to observe it. They were in a state of bafflement about whether she was supposed to be pregnant in the show.
