The soap is working with The Salvation Army. In the standalone episode showing 100 days of Bear’s journey since his disappearance, the soap fans learned that Celia and Ray are involved in it. The soap followers watched Bear being taken in, groomed, and put to work, injured, manipulated, and abused after feeling lost and lonely.
Meanwhile, Joshua Richards, who plays Bear, opened up about the scenes. He said that there is a lot more to come. The actor believes that the shady side of this exploitative business will be out soon. He added that they are fortunate that the soap can highlight these things.

Joshua Richards also praised the subject matter of the soap, adding that it is important as they have got the time to do justice. Joshua has been playing Bear for seven years. The current storyline is very dark. Meanwhile, the soap star said that if one thinks one is a strong man, one can easily get lost too.
