The soap star wanted to reassure her followers that they aren’t alone. She added that though she had a happy day but on Saturday, Beth Cordingly cried her eyes out for five hours. The actor also listed the reasons for it. One of the reasons was perimenopause. She revealed that she had consumed alcohol the previous evening. Furthermore, it could be due to the Generalised Anxiety Disorder that was diagnosed two decades ago. She wasn’t sure whether it was undiagnosed ADHD.
