A former Emmerdale star, who just left the soap, has addressed a fan theory and shared an exit message from the Dales. The actor made his final appearance on the Boxing Day episode just after Christmas Day. But now, it doesn’t seem like we will see him back in 2025. Though we were as surprised to see him gone as you were – now, let’s see if there was any major reason behind the exit.
Former Actor Shares Exit Deets
We are talking about none other than Will Taylor, who has just stepped out of the show. The major exit occurred after he had a heated argument with his on-screen wife, Kim Tate, and suffered a heart attack. When he crashed down to the floor, his wife just stood there and did nothing – thinking it was just one of his tricks. But when the help came in – it was too late, and he was already gone.
The producers kept Dean Andrews’s exit from the soap a secret, maybe to shock the viewers. Though some fan theories were going around about whether Will would be coming back for more, the actor himself has confirmed that he has no such plans and that the character is dead. The actor took to Instagram to share a video in which he shared all the information with his fans.
In the video, he first thanked all his fans for the love he received. But the next thing he confirmed is that his character Will is gone and never returning. He even added that he had left the Dales around eight weeks ago. The actor then reflects on some of his good memories from the soap and thanked his co-stars and amazing crew for everything. Though it’s heartbreaking to see Andrew go away from the Dales, we hope to see him soon onscreen. We wish him all the best for the future!
