Emmerdale Teases Comeback of A Much Loved Character, Fans Are Going To LOVE This

Tom King’s abuse knows no bounds. The evil character left Emmerdale viewers aghast when he attacked Belle’s little furbaby, Piper, just to psychologically abuse Belle. He went to the extreme lengths of drugging and sedating Piper to the point of brutal sickness. He did all of it just to make sure that Belle would stay home right in front of his eyes while taking care of her sick pup.

However, the worst came when he intentionally ran over Piper, causing her to get surgery. He then faked Piper’s death so that Belle would be absolutely anguished. However, in reality, Piper never died and was actually given away to a new home. This means Piper could actually make a smashing comeback to Belle’s life at some point.

Piper is played by the pooch Minnie, and she won the first-ever “Best Pet Award” at the recently held Inside Soap Awards. At the event, her pet parents told the media that Piper is still alive on the soap and can very well make a comeback to the screen. We have to admit that we are absolutely thrilled by the idea.

Belle has gone through so much abuse on Emmerdale at Tom’s hands. She was left totally distraught by Piper’s alleged passing, and we think she deserves the happiness and relief of being reunited with her beloved pet. The same goes for the pooch too! Belle has given him so much love and care, that he deserves to be reunited with her, especially after everything Tom put her through.

Seeing those scenes play out on television was absolutely heartbreaking. In fact, it worried many fans that the pooch may have been subjected to actual abuse during the filming of those scenes. But that’s not the case at all. Minnie the dog’s real-life owners were present on the sets during the filming and attested to the fact that Minnie was absolutely fine and relaxed. The abuse scenes were just edited.

Emmerdale also issued a clarification on the same. So, any viewers who still feel unsure about it can rest assured that Minni was absolutely unharmed and calm.
