As the villagers were sad about Nate Robinson’s murder, Joe Tate had some other plans. Soap fans know that last week, Dr.Crowley kidnapped Joe with the help of Shaun. Later, he found himself in a makeshift hospital. He blackmailed him to get his money. Joe surrendered and gave his money, and Crowley told him to help him get Kim’s money. The surgeon thought that Joe owed him money after the illegal kidney transplant. He had been helping Crowley get Kim’s money.
Joe told her to invest in a solar panel company. In the recent episode, Kim checked in on Joe. He was thinking about leaving forever and going to Buenos Aires. Meanwhile, Kim told him that she would listen to him without any judgment, but wouldn’t invest. As she spoke, Joe looked troubled. He was holding a tranquilliser injection. Crowley told him to use it on Kim, but he was baffled.

She told him that she won’t let anyone take her money. Then the surgeon said that he had proof against Joe’s past crimes.
However, Kim told Shaun to get the deposit box details from the surgeon. Then Kim threatened him. Meanwhile, later Joe apologised to Kim, saying that he had no choice.
