Ray Walters arrived in the village last year. He was a drug dealer who manipulated many people. He manipulated Dylan Penders into drug dealing and April Windsor into sex slavery. He was carrying out all the operations with his mother, Celia Daniels.
Furthermore, Ray troubled April’s family. He made her and her family believe that April is a murderer. April thinks that she had killed a client named Callum, but the drug dealers knew that he was alive.

Then Ray rushed to the main Street to tell his girlfriend, Laurel, about it. He wanted to tell her that they were free from Celia and could live a happy life now. But Laurel had already learned Ray’s truth from Dylan. She ended her relationship with him.
