Tracy-Ann Oberman Returns To Soap After Two Decades
Chrissie Watts actress Tracy-Ann Oberman is making her comeback to the BBC One soap for a short stint after 19 years. Tracy’s character was introduced in April 2004 as the second wife of original Queen Vic landlord Den Watts. Slowly and steadily, she became a fan favourite and featured in many of the iconic storylines. Chrissie was last seen on-screen when she was being imprisoned for the murder of her husband.
Long-time viewers must remember that she buried the body of Den under the barrel store floor of The Vic. She took help from Sam Mitchell and Zoe Slater who also knew about Chrissie’s crime. Unfortunately for Den’s wife, Sam went on to drunkenly dig the body, and the whole story was soon unravelled.
