The supernatural thriller has already made its mark with seven strong seasons in the West End and dozens of productions worldwide. And now it will take that atmosphere across the UK again. The play also earned the Best New Play title at the WhatsOnStage Awards.

Also, many long lines of familiar names have stepped into its cast. The cast includes Lily Allen, Laura Whitmore, James Buckley and Tom Felton. Elsewhere, the current tour has James Bye with Shvorne Marks. They will play Sam and Jenny, a couple settling into a new home, where Jenny worries after seeing strange signs.

Also, the story will unfold during a late-night dinner they host for their friends, Lauren and Ben. Later, the group stayed awake. They want to find out what is really happening inside that house. Danny Robins has written the play. Danny is known for his investigative work on the Unccanny and Battersea Poltergeist podcasts.

Martin Fowler’s Final Stand In EastEnders

When James Bye is mentioned, it reminds viewers of Martin Fowler’s devastating end on the soap.  This incident occurred when the murderer, Reiss Colwell, was escaping Walford in his car. Elsewhere, Ian and Condy were arguing on Bridge Street when things spiralled. Cindy pushed Ian into Reiss’s path. This forced Reiss to swerve the car, and it crashed straight away into the Queen Vic’s barrel store.

There were many explosions inside the pub because the store contained gas canisters. However, Martin soon realised that his forever soulmate and ex-wife, Stacey Slater, was trapped. Despite warnings, Martin went ahead to save her. When he managed to find her, the damaged ceiling gave way.

A heavy metal beam dropped on his legs. Elsewhere, paramedics warned Stacey about Crush syndrome. They explained that lifting the beam would release toxins through his body. And it will likely stop his heart instantly.

In his last moments, Martine expressed his love for Stacey. But as soon as the beams were lifted, Martin suffered a cardiac arrest. The brave man died in Stacey’s arms, leaving her shattered. For more EastEnders spoilers and updates, keep following Soap Opera Daily.
