Danny Dyer Joins A Packed Cast For The New Series
The soap opera actor is also being brought back to TV by this project. And it is a six episode drama set in the 1980s. The story will depict a week inside the Iranian embassy.
Also, six armed men have held twenty people as hostages. They demand independence for their people. Later, the situation turns worse as the gunmen do not budge. Elsewhere, the hostages are waiting for any chance to make it out. Even the authorities are working under pressure while the world is watching from outside.
Meanwhile, the SAS working out a plan to rescue the trapped soldiers. Along with Danny Dyer, the cast also includes David Morrissey, Motaz Malhees, Omid Djalili, Nicola Stephenson, Sean Pertwee, Asim Chaudhry, Moe Bar, El, Aneurin Barnard, Mark Bonnar, and Gwilym Lee.
Also, Channel 4’s content chief said the series would be “a gripping watch that also shows what the attackers were dealing with, along with the emotional truth of what happened inside the embassy.” Katz said he was glad to see names like Will Smith, Ben Macintyre, Lewis Arnold, and Patrick Spence coming together for the project.
Mick Carter’s Exit In EastEnders
Mick’s last big plot came during his troubled involvement with Janine Butcher. When her lies were exposed on Christmas Day, Butcher panicked and ran to the coast.
The situation turns worse as even Linda followed her. Then their car went straight into the water during the confrontation. To save them, Mick jumped in to save a pregnant Janine first.
Then he again went back for Linda. Even though she managed to reach the shore, Mick never resurfaced. Also, since his body was never found, it was never a clear ending. Even Danny Dyer joked about walking back into the Square in a few years, “covered in seaweed.”
