General Hospital star Adam Huss, aka the dashing Prince Nikolas Cassadine, is taking a little social media break. Why? There’s some wild gossip swirling around about his passing. The actor literally set the record straight in the calmest way possible. Read on!
Huss Not DEAD, Clears the Air
The General Hospital actor heartthrob recently addressed those ridiculous death rumors during the recent Suds Media-26-Hour Charity Podcastathon. In fact, Huss went the extra mile and deleted his X/Twitter account. Why, you ask? It’s not that he was chilling inside the coffin, but he couldn’t vibe with the whole platform anymore. However, you can still catch him on Instagram, as he’s been super active there.
He declared, “I AM ALIVE – despite the gossip mill saying otherwise,” while touching upon the whole RIP hoax. Imagine talking about your life like this—no wonder he’s unplugging from social media. But he’s also taking time off to focus on himself and his work. Moreover, Adam doesn’t take his fans for granted, “I see your messages. I appreciate every one of them.”
Back to Huss’ work, our busy guy has been filming a new series called Heavy Hitters alongside GH fame Ted King. Amid all the chaos, he’s channeling inner peace with a special mantra. Adam shared a beautiful quote from the famous 13th-century poet Rumi that truly speaks to his mind. It goes like this: “Be a lamp, a lifeboat, a ladder. Help someone’s soul heal. Walk out of your house like a shepherd.”
Deep stuff, right? It’s clear that Adam is focusing on the bigger picture, and we’re all for it. Finally, he ended his message on a festive note, “I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving.” As for his time on the ABC soap, Huss first played the role of Nikolas back in 2021. He has made a few appearances, with his last on-screen moments coming in August of this year.
But there might be a few more surprises in store for the Cassadine family since Lulu and Lucky are back! Meanwhile, stay glued to Soap Opera Daily for more updates on General Hospital celebs and other gossip. Could there be more Nikolas drama coming our way? Let us know your thoughts!
