General Hospital Comings and Goings recall that Jonathan Jackson’s return to the ABC drama was perhaps the biggest highlight of the year. GH fans were ecstatic with the idea of Lucky Spencer returning to the soap. The multiple Daytime Emmy winner has been a long loved character on the soap, and also one that fans dearly missed when he was away.
When he returned to the soap a few weeks ago, reports stated that it was a long-term stint. Thus, fans were hopeful that they would get to see him in a main-stay capacity. Unfortunately, in recent episodes, his presence on the soap has been short, few, and far in between. This has left fans scratching their heads, and wondering if Lucky was in town only briefly, and Jonathan Jackson is ready to bid goodbye to the soap again.
However, General Hospital Comings and Goings state that it not the case. We will get to see more of Lucky Spencer in due time. The latest reports state that Jonathan is actually on a two-year contract. So, the lack of his scenes could be a reflection of his filming schedule, as the actor still has some other obligations. That being said, there is still a lot of scope for Lucky on the soap. So, his presence in PC will definitely create a lot of movement in the story.
Given his professional expertise, Lucky could join the ranks at the new WSB station that’s being headed by Jack Brennan. Meanwhile, on the personal front, we would actually love to see him getting romantically involved with a love interest. It could be a reunion with one of his former lovers, or even someone new! We are all in for it! But we guess we will have to wait a little bit longer for more news to spill out so we can find out what actually is up with Jonathan Jackson and Lucky Spencer! So, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for more General Hospital Comings and Goings to find out more!
