Port Charles is humming with energy as so many changes take place this week! General Hospital Comings and Goings reveal a big comeback that could shake up the drama. Hold tight because Parry Shen is coming back after a significant break.
The last time we saw his character Brad Cooper was in 2023, when he went through a lot emotionally. The character was mourning the loss of his former GH co-worker Epiphany (Sonya Eddy). Also, there are more appearances that will take you by surprise. Check them out below.
GH Announces Parry Shen’s Return
General Hospital Comings and Goings spill that Parry’s return is a treat for fans, all thanks to Soap Opera Digest for breaking the news. His character faced job troubles and tried to make the most of his job working for his Aunt Selina. Anyway, Brad has quite a reputation in Port Charles. The character is popular among fans for being opportunistic, confident, and not always playing nice.
However, the GH alum has always brought a unique flair to the character. He feels good that Brad being gay isn’t a defining feature but rather just one aspect of his complex personality. While Parry brings humor to the role, he doesn’t shy away from showing off Brad’s more mischievous side. What will the ABC soap have in store for his character this time?
In other news, another familiar face is back! It’s none other than Rick Hearst who will bring life to Ric Lansing. After all, Molly needs her dad more than ever. Stay excited, as we’ve got a few other fresh faces. The original co-host from The View, Debbie Matenopoulos, is set to join the mix. She won’t be sharing scenes with Cameron Mathison, but expect her to see with the Deception team.
Meanwhile, Amor Owens is stepping into the shoes of FBI Agent Boyle. She’s famous for roles in shows like Will Trent and Law & Order. Plus, Ansuya Nathan, known for her role in The Tourist or Dragon’s Breath, will play Dr. Kitsen. Her character will cross paths with Laura (Genie Francis). And don’t miss Lincoln Hoppe as Dr. Conlon. His past credits include Truth Be Told and Hearts on Fire.
On the flip side, it’s time to bid adieu to Jacqueline Grace Lopez, who’s leaving her role as Blaze.
