General Hospital Confirms EXIT Of Charles Mesure!
General Hospital Comings & Goings relay Charles Mesure is closing his chapter on his time on the ABC soap. According to reports, the actor who made his debut in 2023 as Jack Brennan has left Port Charles and the recast for his part is already in action. It looks like Mesure left the show on his own accord, as a GH spokesperson also released an official statement on the actor’s exit.
He said, “Charles Mesure opted to exit the role of Brennan. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.” They also noted that the show is looking forward to continuing the intriguing storyline with soap star Chris McKenna in the role. Long time viewers know Mesure joined the show in 2023 and it looks like his last episode on the show was January 30, 2025.
We can all anticipate seeing McKenna enter the WSB agent role from February 4. Soap fans know McKenna is not a stranger to the world of daytime drama. He joined One Life to Life at the age of 12 from 1990 to 1993. The popular star was also a part of The Young And The Restless and portrayed the role of shady detective, Mark Harding in 2015. In 2016, the actor also had a brief stint on The Bold and The Beautiful playing Dr. Hayden.

As for his current stint on General Hospital, the star will be involved in a romantic storyline between his character, Jack Brennan and Carly Spencer.
