Lulu and Dante’s Tension Boils Over
Lulu found herself cornered as Dante confronted her about Gio. He assumed she told their son the truth. Lulu explained that Gio must have overheard her argument with Lois. Dante didn’t care. He blamed her for destroying his chance to bond with his child.
He also accused her of acting out of bitterness toward Brook Lynn. Lulu denied it. She clarified she had no interest in rekindling anything with Dante. They agreed to co-parent Rocco, but nothing more. When Dante said he’d be the one to talk to Rocco about Gio, he left Lulu devastated and alone.
General Hospital Recap: The Quartermaines Reel from the Truth
Brook Lynn finally came clean to Ned about her son. Though disappointed, Ned offered support and urged patience. Olivia shared her past experience of being scared and pregnant, comforting Brook Lynn with her empathy.
Tracy revealed her part in the secret. She had known Brook Lynn had a son but only realized Gio’s identity that evening. The entire family tried to absorb the truth while tensions lingered just under the surface. What mattered now was what they would do next.
Gio and Emma Plot Their Escape
On the footbridge, Gio lashed out at Emma. He didn’t want her pity or presence. But Emma refused to leave. She told Gio he wasn’t alone and didn’t have to run from everyone. Her words calmed him. He softened and made a bold decision—he and Emma would leave the family drama behind, at least for a little while. Their bond deepened as they escaped the chaos.
General Hospital Recap: Jason Supports Sasha, Cody Brings Trouble
Jason thanked Sasha for helping with Amelia. He promised Michael’s return wouldn’t change his support. Sasha admitted guilt about helping Michael take the kids from Willow. Later, Cody shared details about the Gio fallout. Sasha comforted him but also pointed out the lesson—parents’ choices in messy situations often come with hard consequences.
At Carly’s, Michael stunned Willow. He told her she couldn’t see Wiley or Amelia anymore. He announced he was seeking full custody—unless she ended things with Drew. Willow accused him of being spiteful. Michael insisted he was protecting the children. She broke down in tears, stunned by his cold demand.
Jason later asked Michael if he could compromise. Michael refused. He made it clear that if Willow stayed with Drew, she’d lose her kids. Shockingly, he admitted he could see himself raising Sasha’s child, hinting at new intentions beneath his custody crusade.
Willow and Drew Stand Their Ground
In the car, Willow told Drew everything. She feared losing her kids forever. Drew urged her to stay strong. Michael couldn’t be trusted, and they needed to expose whatever secrets he was hiding. Willow removed her wedding and engagement rings. She planned to send them back. Drew suggested saving Lila’s ring for Amelia one day—a reminder of love that wasn’t built on control.
This General Hospital Recap for May 29 proves the custody war has only just begun. Michael’s ultimatum may destroy more than just Willow’s heart. Stay tuned for the fallout, only on Soap Opera Daily.
I hope Michael DECIMATES Drew and Willow!!!
Michael and Willows custody fight. I think Michael will win after he shows the video on her and Drew in their kid’s playroom. Then he’ll show the video of Drew drinking liquor 🥃 off a woman’s body. Drew will may lose his councilman position Then he has nothing he can do because the Quartmaines want help him. They will hurt him for sure at least Tracey will after going to jail with that drug bottle being in her car.
