General Hospital Spoilers confirm that the January 28, 2025, episode ended on a jaw-dropping cliffhanger. James Patrick Stuart made an unexpected but a very welcome return as Valentin Cassadine in the very last minute of the episode. He slipped into the spa where Jack Brennan was relaxing and went in for the kill! But does he succeed? Is this the last we are seeing of the silver-tongued Australian WSB agent?
Well, honestly, if Jack dies at this point, it would be a great loss of such an intriguing character and a wonderful actor who’s truly making waves. However, General Hospital Spoilers are proof that the ABC sudser has never been scared off killing off mainstay characters, even fan favs. So, Jack Brennan is truly in danger. Valentin and Jack have been friends and workmates for a long time. But their relationship seems to have taken a dip. Especially after the attempt on Valentin’s life in Prague.
In fact, in the promo for the next episode, Valentin is strangling Jack with a rope, while Jack struggles to breathe. With his strong hands and skill set, Valentin wouldn’t need a lot of time to get the job done. However, we have a feeling that someone will walk in right in the nick of time and Valentin will have to escape. In the same promo, Carly says on the phone that she knows exactly what he needs.
We think she is talking about joining Jack Brennan at the spa. He had invited her earlier, but she declined his invitation. However, after the call with Felecia, Carly may realize that she really does like Brennan and wants to get closer to him. She may go downstairs to the spa, hoping to join him. But will she reach there in time to scare Valentin away? Or will she be a minute late and find Brennan’s lifeless body instead?
