The character has been dropping subtle hints about a secret hidden from everyone. The word on the street suggests that Brook parted ways with a baby she had with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna).
The teenage sweethearts enjoyed a brief fling, but Brooke ended up carrying Dante’s child. However, she didn’t tell a soul about it and gave the baby for adoption. Who’s that grown child? Rumors point at Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), who already lives under the same roof as his alleged mother.
