October 28-November 1, 2024: Anna Spars With Jack Brennan, Sasha Makes A Confession
The week begins with Anna once again pestering Jack Brennan as she wants to find Valentin Cassadine. She pushes him to tell her everything he knows about her ex’s whereabouts. But will Jack help Anna? Does he even know anything about where Val is? However, the spoilers hint that there could be a homecoming on the cards for Charlotte Cassadine.
Elsewhere, Sasha finally tells Cody the devastating news that they are first cousins. Cody is stunned to hear it and flies off the handle. However, a conversation with Maxie calms him down. Later, he decides to accept an offer. But is it the con job Holly had offered him, or does he accept that loan Tracy Quartermaine had offered?

Ned Blackmails Drew
Speaking of Tracy Quartermaine, she schemes with Ned to take Drew Cain down. We know that Ned is aware of Drew and Willow’s kiss, but in the upcoming episodes, his PI could provide him with substantial proof to get the upper hand. General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Ned may blackmail Drew to fall in line with him. Later, Michael may get a shocker when he sees Drew suddenly putting all his support behind Ned.

Sam’s Health Takes A Nosedive
The worst part of the week comes when Sam McCall’s health takes a sudden turn for the worse. Something goes horribly wrong with the transplant procedure and Sam begins to decline. The spoilers reveal that she won’t make it past the week, so fans must brace themselves to see Sam breathe her last.
Alexis will begin to freak out, meanwhile, Dante seeks solace in Sonny. Rocco will be devastated since he was the one who pushed so hard for the transplant. But how will the family break the news to Sam’s children? This is going to be gut-wrenching!
November 4-8, 2024: Port Charles Faces A Major Shocker As A Funeral Gets Underway
In the following week, Port Charles will be under a thick black cloud as everyone tries to come to terms with Sam’s passing. Funeral preparations will get underway, so keep the tissues handy.
