The General Hospital preview clip starts with Curtis Ashford addressing the crowd at The Savoy. He stands on stage and announces, “Happy Valentine’s Day!” leaving Portia Robinson blushing. In the meantime, Cyrus Renault is preparing for his next hunt at what looks like a secluded cabin.
The ‘digitalis killer’ sits by a window side like he doesn’t have a single care in the world. Nope, he’s not reading a book but prepping a syringe! Cyrus has murder on his mind, and he’s not even second-guessing. Subsequently, Liz Baldwin is already on high alert, telling Anna Devane that Cyrus has already killed five people.
Can they stop him before his next victim falls? Elsewhere, Josslyn Jacks finds herself in an old, abandoned room. Has she forgotten that Cyrus is on the loose? But before figuring out what’s happening, she turns toward the doorway and spots Cyrus. Josslyn may be tough, but is she ready for this lethal face-off?

While Joss deals with her own horror movie moment, Liz is blissfully clueless about the danger ahead. She answers her door with a bowl of popcorn in hand, expecting a friendly visitor. However, her smile quickly vanishes because it’s none other than Sam and Dex’s murderer. And then—BANG!
A single gunshot is fired, and everything turns dark. Oh no! Interestingly, GH’s official X/Twitter account teased the chaos with an eerie caption under the preview video. “We believe that Cyrus has killed at least five people… and he’s not going to stop killing until somebody stops him.”
