Ever since beloved daytime star, Steve Burton, returned to General Hospital, his love life has been a subject of many speculations. Even months down his return, that aspect of Jason’s life has seen no progress. However, the same can’t be said for Jason’s portrayer Steve!
As it turns out, after a stretched out divorce process with his former wife, Sheree Gustin, to whom he was married for 23 years, Steve has found love again! The General Hospital star was recently spotted with his special love interest strolling out in public. But that’s not the basis of the news! Steve has actually confirmed his new relationship status to Daily Drama!
The General Hospital mainstay has confirmed that he has a new girlfriend, and she is none other than – Michelle Lundstrom from Netflix’s BBQ Showdown. For the unversed, she appeared as a contestant in the second season of the show.
In pictures that are currently going viral on social media, Steve is seen walking hand in hand with Michelle. The big smile on the General Hospital star’s face testifies that he is definitely happy moving on with the new apple of his eye. We guess it must be a welcome change from all the messiness of his divorce that took place not too long ago.
During his divorce proceedings, Steve Burton had taken to social media to clarify that he does share three beautiful children with his then wife Sheree. However, he asserted that he was not the father of the baby she was carrying at the time of the divorce. Later, in 2023, Sheree gave birth to her fourth child, a beautiful baby girl.
