Georgie Parker teased her followers with news about her upcoming Paramount+ appearance. As we know, she is a staple in the Australian soap world. But this project with Roadshow Rough Diamond shows her branching out.

Georgie Parker plays Roo Stewart on the show. For now, Roo’s storyline centres on her fierce protection of her father, Alf Stewart. Ald was recently informed that the rent for his Bait shop will increase significantly. And this would force him out of the job he held for decades.
Initially, Alf was beleaguered and ready to give. However, Ross decided to take charge of the situation. She has vowed to save his position and secure his future at the shop. Now, Ross has officially taken over the role of Secretary of the Surf Club. However, this position has put her ad odds with John Palmer. There have been some issues over budget spending and club management.
Also, after Roo returned to the Bay, she made a decision to become an official emergency foster carer. The original foster parents inspired the character. Hence, Roo wants to open her home to children in need. However, Alf disapproved of the plan after a previous fostering experience.
