Custody Fight Turns Messy As Kerrie Arrives
Harper and Tane are still stuck in that custody fight next week. However, things spiral before they settle. Harper wants full custody of Archie. She even plans to let Tane see the child only on alternate weekends. However, Tane reacts badly. He even ignores Mali’s advice and goes straight to Dana. He hopes that at least she will reveal where Harper and Archie are staying. Later, Dana agrees that her sister has gone too far with that setup. However, she refuses to expose them.
Later, Dana talks to Harper properly. She explains to her that Tane’s anger is from frustration, not a lack of love for Archie. The motel stay is still dragging on when Dana invites Harper and Archie to stay with her and Sonny. And slowly, Tane and Harper manage to sort things out. They even agree on equal custody.
Harper opens the motel door and finds her mum, Kerrie, standing there. She wants to see her grandson. Elsewhere, she tells her mum clearly that Dana doesn’t want to meet her. And it’s because of their long history. Later, Kerrie tells her that she wants to reconnect after years of addiction issues. However, Harper doesn’t want to rush anything.
Later, Harper goes out for a bit. She tells Kerrie to stay inside the motel room. However, Kerrie doesn’t listen. Harper tries to hide their mum’s return. Despite this, Dana ends up facing her. Even Tane finds out about it. He tells Harper that he is not happy Kerrie is around. Later, she scolds Kerrie for ignoring her instructions about staying inside.
Tane Reaches His Breaking Point In Home and Away
Kerrie soon realises that Tane is the reason she can’t see Archie yet. She then begs Harper to reconsider. Later, Harper eventually gives in. Then Dana informs Tane that Kerrie will be meeting Archie. However, things flip again. Tane reacts by taking Archie and disappearing.
Dana remains tight-lipped when asked about it. Hence, Harper and Kerrie have no choice but to combine forces after a long time. Also, they both agree that Tane has gone too far.
