Just when Home and Away thought the worst was behind them, the River Boys prove they’re not done wreaking havoc. As the community braces for Gage Reynolds’ trial, a sinister ambush turns everything upside down, leaving two fan favourites in serious danger and justice hanging by a thread.
The Calm Before the Storm in Home and Away
It’s the morning of the big trial, and tensions are high. Theo, Sonny, Lacey, and Dana pile into a secure van, flanked by bodyguards, ready to testify and finally put Gage away. It’s a huge step forward, especially after what Theo endured when Gage went after him for getting too close to Lacey.
Theo and Sonny Vanish Without a Trace in Home and Away
Chaos erupts as the gang takes control. Dana and Lacey are dragged out, their phones snatched before they’re dumped in the middle of nowhere. But Theo and Sonny are not so lucky. The River Boys take them with no explanation, no mercy, and no clue where they’re headed. Dana’s on the verge of a meltdown, but Lacey stays focused. She remembers she left her phone in the van maybe, just maybe, that’s their one shot at tracking it.
Before long, Tane and Cash race to the scene and rescue Dana and Lacey. While Dana is rushed back to Harper, Eden hurries to break the awful news to Leah and Justin, Theo is missing, and no one knows where he’s been taken. Cash doesn’t sugarcoat it. Without Theo and Sonny, the case against Gage might collapse. There may not be enough evidence to put him away if the two of them don’t show up in court.
Lost in the Bush… and Running Out of Time
Meanwhile, out in the wild, Theo and Sonny wake up to a nightmare. They’re injured, disoriented, and miles from help. Theo is clearly struggling after everything he’s been through, but Sonny finds some painkillers to take the edge off though their water is almost gone, and help isn’t in sight.
As time ticks by and the trial looms, it becomes clear, the River Boys didn’t just want to send a message, they wanted to silence them for good. Will Cash and the others track them down in time?
