There’s no breathing room in Home and Away next week as Theo fights for his life following a vicious attack, while Lacey’s shifting loyalties leave Cash second-guessing her every move. At the same time, Eliza’s unsettling behaviour raises serious red flags, especially when Alf’s health takes a sudden turn. As tension builds across the Bay, everyone’s forced to question who they can really trust.
Theo’s Life on the Line in Home and Away
After a shocking attack, Theo and Sonny are both rushed to hospital, Theo having been crushed under his own car by Gage, and Sonny badly beaten by the River Boys. Even as nurse Dana checks over Sonny, he tries to downplay his injuries, only to collapse moments later. Despite his condition, Sonny remains more concerned about Theo’s survival.
Things get even more serious when Bree and Levi discover blood around Theo’s heart and rush him into emergency surgery. Meanwhile, a furious Justin blames Sonny for the mess, and Remi defends his friend, until everyone’s forced to focus when Theo’s alarms go off. Surgery brings Theo back, but Bree warns that he’s still not out of danger.
Lacey Turns on Gage
Back at the River Boys’ hideout, Cash questions Gage, Lacey, and Edmund (aka Spanner), who assaulted Sonny. Gage remains tight-lipped, but Lacey looks shaken. Later, Cash learns she was seen checking in on Theo at the hospital, only to spot her back in Gage’s arms.
Things take a turn when Lacey shows up at the station, asking for police protection. According to a Home and Awayinsider, she feared what Gage might do if he suspected she’d turned on him. And Theo, barely awake, immediately asks for her whereabouts before saying anything else.
While in hiding, Lacey names Gage as the one who lowered the car on Theo. When Theo backs up her story, Cash arrests Gage.
But there’s one final twist, Lacey places herself beside Gage during the arrest. She later explains to Cash that it was all strategy. If she looked loyal to Gage when police arrived, the River Boys wouldn’t suspect she had talked.
Leah Makes Her Position Clear
After the arrest, Lacey visits Theo in hospital. The two share an emotional moment, and a kiss. She tells him she’ll be back soon. But as she leaves, Leah steps in and lays down a cold, clear warning: Lacey must stay away from Theo. No more visits. No more contact.
Now Lacey faces a tough decision, walk away from the boy she risked everything to protect, or fight against Leah’s ultimatum?
Tane Tries to Find His Place in Archie’s Life
Tane offers to stay over and help Harper care for Archie, but she turns him away during the night. Tane respects her wishes but confides in Irene that he isn’t ready to give up. Eventually, Harper suggests a compromise, she lets Tane spend a full day with Archie on his own.
He takes Archie to the beach and happily introduces him to Mali, John, and Alf. It seems like progress… until Eliza shows up.
Eliza’s Behaviour Turns Dark in Home and Away
Eliza arrives at the surf club wanting to hold Archie, but Tane refuses. In response, she shows him a video of Harper giving birth. Tane reacts with shock, disturbed by her actions. Later, while working with Alf at the bait shop, Eliza watches as he starts having chest pains.
He asks her to fetch his heart pills, but she hides them and lies, claiming she couldn’t find them. When Alf asks her to call for help, she tells him his phone battery is dead and stands by as his condition worsens. Luckily, John shows up just in time and manages to find Alf’s backup pills. Alf survives the scare, but Roo is left reeling when she realises Eliza has disappeared.
Roo Begins to See Eliza for Who She Really Is
Irene finds Eliza in her home, asking for Harper, and quickly notifies Roo. When Roo confronts Eliza about the incident with Alf, she’s shocked by her foster daughter’s cold response. The moment shakes Roo, making her wonder if Marilyn was right about Eliza all along. Did Eliza ever intend to help, or was she planning to let Alf die?
Abigail Stirs Tension for Mali
Mali, still struggling to run the board shop solo, agrees to let Abigail lend a hand. Things get uncomfortable when Kirby shows him an article written by Seb, painting Mali in a negative light. Levi and Mac try to support him, but Abigail speaks plainly, she tells Mali the part about being rude to Kirby was completely true. Her blunt honesty sparks tension between the two.
Mac quietly takes a pregnancy test, hoping for good news. When it comes back negative, she breaks down. Levi finds her in tears and comforts her as she opens up about her fears. He reassures her they’ve only just begun trying and encourages her not to lose hope.
