Home and Away: Ada Shares the Sweetest Baby Photos
The Home and Away took her fans on a sweet little time-travel trip to celebrate her 48th birthday. Yep, Nicodemou shared some throwback gold on Instagram, and everyone just swooned a little. One picture shows her slaying a school uniform, and she couldn’t look more camera-ready!
Meanwhile, another captures baby Ada in full dress-up mode, like you can tell she’s going to be a star someday. This little angel may be a far cry from the glamorous diva we know today. But there’s one thing that hasn’t changed all this time: her signature cheeky grin, which is still going strong!
The Sydney-born star couldn’t help but ask, under adorable childhood photos, “Where did the time go?” And honestly, we’re all asking the same thing. Additionally, everyone from fellow colleagues to fans poured in their love and wishes. H&A legend Lynne McGranger gushed, “Happy birthday darling. Hope you’re getting spoilt!”
In the meantime, radio star Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones joked, “Happy birthday!!!! Only one year till your 49th.” Last year, Ada made headlines when her H&A pairing with James Stewart translated into a real-life love story. James plays her onscreen husband, Justin. So, how did it begin?
All About Ada and James’ Love Story
Fans suspected something was going on when paparazzi caught Ada and James kissing on Anzac Day. Then, the soap actress spilled the beans just a few months later. Nicodemou narrated to 2Day FM’s Hughesy, Ed, and Eric that her fairytale is “happier” than Leah and Justin’s relationship.
“Do you know what our characters have gone through?” she joked. Where’s the lie? Viewers have lost count of how many times Leah has been kidnapped. Also, we can’t forget how she once threatened Justin with a knife. Off-screen, Ada and James go way back! They first met in 1998 while working on the short-lived soap Breakers.
Their paths crossed again in 2016 on H&A, and the rest is history. Ada says, “We’ve known each other for a very long time. Like 25 years.” She didn’t see it coming but wouldn’t change a thing.
