Tane Enters The Tunnel Despite Warnings
Tane reaches the crash site and hears the calls from inside the tunnel. Sergeant David Langham tells him to stay back. However, Tane ignores him and goes inside. Elsewhere, even Levi follows him as he wants to reach the trapped passengers. However, the place was filled with smoke. And several characters wake up confused.
Elsewhere, Justin is lying on the floor, unable to move his body. And Tane and Levi reach him first. They call for help, and the responders pull him out after struggling. Later, they find Sonny Baldwin, who says he cannot feel his legs. And it’s a tense moment as the debris kept shifting above them. However, both men try to remain calm. They then move ahead through the broken train.
Next, they reach Jo Langham. Her breakup with Tane still hurts. However, that doesn’t matter now because she is stuck between heavy debris. Moreover, even the ceiling begins to crack, and pieces fall around them. And so Levi checks the area while Tane tries to free her. Elsewhere, Eddie Shepherd runs off the train in panic. He still cares for Jo, but his fears take over, and he leaves. But Tane refuses to give up.
Jo Fights For Her Life In Home and Away
Once Tane gets Jo out of the tunnel, her condition worsens. She goes into cardiac arrest. However, the responders rush around her and try to stabilise her. And Tane is terrified. It’s because he was very close to losing her inside the tunnel. Inside the train, Levi is moving around the coaches as there are still people trapped in the seats and under the wreckage. However, soon the smoke thickens.
And everyone realises now it could cause more damage than earlier. The respondents warn that the tunnel might not be able to hold for long. On one side, Justin is figuring out what happened as he receives treatment. Elsewhere, Sonny waits for more checks from the medical staff. It’s because he still cannot feel his legs.
