Summer Bay is no stranger to drama in Home and Away, but this week things take a scary turn. As one local lands in hospital in critical condition, tempers flare, secrets spill, and the pressure builds. And in the middle of it all? Theo is fighting to stay alive.
Theo Collapses, and Sonny’s Story Unravels
Bree rushes into the hospital only to realise her emergency patient is Theo. Cash soon arrives, demanding answers from Sonny, who admits he didn’t actually see the attack—he’d been dragged outside and roughed up by the River Boys.
Dana notices Sonny is injured but trying to hide it. Meanwhile, Justin confronts Sonny, blaming him for Theo’s involvement in the dangerous crowd. But just as emotions peak, Sonny collapses in pain when Justin places a hand on his chest. Bree and Dana step in quickly to treat him, though Sonny remains more concerned about Theo’s condition than his own.
Theo Deteriorates in Home and Away
As the blame game continues, Remi points out that Theo made his own risky choices namely, getting involved with a River Boy’s girlfriend. Then, things take a sudden turn. Theo’s alarms go off, and the medical team rushes him into surgery, leaving everyone shaken.
Meanwhile, Cash heads to the River Boys’ warehouse for answers. Gage, Lacey, and the crew deny knowing anyone named Spanner, the name Sonny gave as his attacker. Gage offers to bring in both Lacey and Edmund or questioning. But Cash isn’t convinced. He starts to suspect that Lacey might crack under pressure.
With Theo in surgery and the River Boys dodging questions, Cash knows time is running out. Bree and Dana do everything they can, while Justin is left wrestling with guilt and anger. Now, all eyes are on Lacey. Will she stay loyal, or be the one to reveal what really happened? For the latest Home and Away spoilers, twists, and drama, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily.
