Ever since then, our beloved Kate faced chemotherapy and ended her treatment in September.
While dealing with cancer, the mother-of-three stepped back from royal duties and now has steadily made a return to engagements. Crowning the close of 2024, she joined the traditional Christmas Day church walk at Sandringham, with her family. This made us all wonder if Kate might return to her duties full-time. A palace insider has now shed light on the same and said the Princess’ return may take time.
The insider spoke to the Daily Mail and said, “There is no huge reset button that’s going to be hit in January. What we will actually see is a slow continuation of the Princess balancing her recovery and her public-facing duties, as she outlined back in September.” They also added that cancer impacts peoples’ perspectives, and all decisions that are being made by Kate currently surround only her kids and family.
