Meanwhile, according to one royal photographer, Chris Levine, she has taken up a new hobby that is similar to Prince Harry’s life in California. He told The Daily Mail that Kate Middleton has started meditating.
The royal fans know that the Princess of Wales is in remission after her cancer battle in 2024. Thus, it isn’t a surprise that she has taken up meditation. According to the Mayo Clinic, the practice improves both physical and mental health by making people calm and balanced. Even Prince Harry has benefited from this hobby. In 2022, the Duke of Sussex made an appearance at a panel hosted by Better Up. He said that he relies on meditation on a daily basis.
Prince Harry Is Keen To Meditate!
Prince Harry said that he puts in half an hour, 45 minutes in the morning, when one of the kids has gone to school, while the other one is sleeping, there is a break in his program. The Duke of Sussex added that he either meditates, exercises, or takes one of his dogs for a walk. He said that he knows that he needs to meditate every single day.
The meditation teacher of Kate, Chris Levine, is the same artist who created a calm and serene portrait of Queen Elizabeth called Lightness of Being. The artwork shows the late Queen wearing a tiara with her eyes closed and is placed in a light box in London’s National Portrait Gallery.
