Prince William invited the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to join him and Kate to inspect floral tributes to Queen Elizabeth II in the aftermath of the monarch’s death in September 2022. Additionally, this marked the Fab Four’s first appearance ever since they were seen at Commonwealth Day Service at Westminster Abbey in March 2020.
It was the first time Kate and Meghan were photographed in public after Meghan claimed to Oprah that Kate had made her cry over the infamous bridesmaid dress, not the other way around.

Royal author Robert Jobson had discussed this incident in his upcoming release, ‘Catherine: Princess of Wales.’ He said that Catherine didn’t find the walkabout easy and wrote, “The resulting images suggested they’d all slipped back into their Fab Four routine, but Catherine later admitted to a member of the Royal Family that such was the extent of ill-feeling between the couples, the walkabout had been the hardest thing she’d ever had to do.”
As per reports, Kate Middleton did share a polite conversation with her brother-in-law after Prince Philip’s funeral in 2021, after he stepped back as a senior working royal. Jobson added, “At his funeral, Catherine—exuding poise, calm and regal impregnability—took her place as one of the most senior Royal Family members, supporting the frail and grieving Queen and comforting Prince Charles.” We know Kate and Harry share a special bond but will they be to amend things, god only knows!

It is pertinent to mention that Harry and Meghan left the royal world in 2020. Ever since their infamous exit, the couple has made several negative headlines due to their harsh statements about senior royal members.
