A former employee has come forward to defend His Majesty against claims of being ‘irascible’ or intolerant, describing him as ‘not a monster’. This comes amid scrutiny over his temper where the King is annoyed by a leaking fountain at Northern Ireland Hillsborough Castle. Charles can be seen shouting while handing over the pen to Queen Camilla, “I can’t bear this bloody thing! What they do… every stinking time!”

However, this has led to a former staff member reaching out to his boss’ defence. While speaking to the Daily Beast, he said, “Charles can have a terrible temper… Anything he perceives as incompetence particularly brings it out. He doesn’t suffer fools gladly. In fairness to him, as anyone who has actually worked with him will tell you, he himself is always extremely well prepared, well-read on the subject matter of people he meets and is working with, diligent and respectful of expertise.”
The former staffer also highlighted how people like working for the monarch and understand that he has a lot of pressure. “He’s absolutely not a monster in the office, but he is human, and he snaps sometimes.”
Furthermore, a close friend of the King and Queen also told the publication, “He has an irascible streak, to be sure, but it is much better since he has been with Camilla.” Look at our King listening to his wife like an obedient husband.

While King Charles has apparently seen off accusations about his anger by settling into his role as King and husband, his eldest son also has an alleged knack for moving on. We know Prince Harry had claimed that William once ‘assaulted’ him during a heated argument, but the future King doesn’t seem to be paying attention to it.
As per reports, William is ‘not bothered’ with Meghan or Harry because he has ‘bigger things on his plate’ alluding to Kate’s recent cancer diagnosis.
