Maddison Brown On Joining Home And Away
Maddison Brown admitted that she has learn so much in the past year despite having a busy schedule. The actress says that when she stepped away from the soap, she felt a pace she had not experienced before. And it’s especially as they used to shoot many scenes daily.
She further says that Jo’s storyline had become intense. And the scenes required focus and stamina. And so Maddison was navigating complex material. However, she even admitted that at first the workload felt overwhelming for her. Furthermore, she even recalled her first 12-scene day clearly. She used to even question how she would manage such shoots.
Still, she didn’t stop and pushed herself. Maddison also learnt the rhythm of the show. Elsewhere, the last season finale elevated the drama to another level with a horrible train crash kind of storyline that left the audience in utter disbelief. Although Maddison does not say a word about the future of Jo, she confesses that the plot was difficult and also gratifying.
Strong Bonds On Set And Life Beyond The Bay
Elsewhere, she has even become great friends with her cast on set. And especially with Sophea Pennington, who plays her on-screen sister. And when viewers see their bond, it feels as if they are sisters in real life.
Even Maddison spoke about her bond. Even the other cast members were fooled, it’s because they assumed that they were related off-screen. And it’s because of their chemistry that they are kept grounded. And even Maddison says that their chemistry has kept her grounded. And this even makes long days easier.
She also spoke about her bond with the soap’s fans. She called them invested and emotionally connected. Outside the soap, Maddison grows her skincare brand, Outside Beauty & Skincare.
