Meghan Markle and Prince Harry shook the world when they decided to quit the Royal Life and left the UK in 2020. The outcome of their decision is, well, questionable, but it seems they have become pioneers of a new trend! The latest news reports suggest that after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, yet another Royal couple has decided to leave the UK. And move on to a different life in a different country.
As per reports, Zara Tindall and her husband Mike Tindall have decided to leave the UK. They now plan to move to Australia. For the unversed, Zara Tindell is Princess Anne’s daughter, and King Charles’ niece. Mike is a former Rugby player who happens to have very strong ties with Australia. Zara met him back in 2003. Interestingly, Prince Harry was the one who introduced the couple to each other.
It seems that a recent trip ignited the idea in Zara and Mike’s hearts. “During their latest Australian trip, Zara admitted the couple ‘couldn’t ask for a better way to start the year.’ The pair’s connection to Australia is deeply rooted,” James Leyfield revealed. Even though Zara and Mike are not working Royals, their connection with Australia and a possible move could benefit the Royal family. The move can help strengthen the ties between the Royal Family and Australia.
Royal commentator Jennie Bond believes that Zara and Mike enjoy the bets of both worlds, by being part of the Royal family, but not working Royals. The couple currently resides at Gatcombe Park. And future of their home is also in constant discussion in the media. However, Ingrid Stewart from Majesty Magazine believes that even if they move. The home will remain with Zara and her brother- Peter Phillips.
