Meghan Markle Issues Refunds!
Meghan Markle launched a batch of new products from her brand, As Ever. It included a Limited Edition Orange Blossom Honey and an Apricot Spread. The Duchess of Sussex also restocked some of the products which were launched in April. Those products included Flower Sprinkles, Crepe Mix and Herbal Teas. Though the products sold out soon, they weren’t good enough for the customers.
Furthermore, many customers learned through the brand’s email that they were not going to get the Apricot spread they ordered two weeks ago. The email was sent by the brand’s customer service team informing the people that they would be refunding the purchase of the item by the end of this week. They added that the Apricot Spread was back and they will be the first ones to receive it, free of charge.
Meghan’s New Products Are Selling Fast!
Meanwhile, in April, Meghan offered a deal to her customers who bought products from her. The customers received an email saying that they won’t be able to get the limited edition honey they have paid for. They got the full refund and a free item of their choice. The email also mentioned that they would be the first ones to receive the limited edition next. The Duchess also sent an apology to the customers and thanked them for their support. She apologised for not being able to send the limited edition honey.
Elsewhere, Meghan launched As Ever’s first alcoholic beverage, 2023 Napa Valley Rosé. Theon Monday. It cost $110, including $90 for three bottles and $20 shipping fee. The bottles will begin shipping on July 9. However, despite the hefty price, it was sold out within an hour. The Duchess of Sussex shared in an interview that she is planning to explore new avenues for her brand. Her business is connected to home and garden.
