Royal biographer Robert Lacey, in his book Battle of the Brothers, wrote that the former Suits actress had a tendency to shout at her staff. One courtier was quoted in the book as saying, “Meghan governed by fear. So many people said it. Nothing was ever good enough for her.” Other courtiers also claimed that she humiliated staff in the meeting. However, another source revealed that Markle had a harsh message after being confronted over the same.

According to reports, when a senior aide confronted her, she responded by saying, “It’s not my job to coddle people.” Former staffers went on to claim that Prince Harry’s wife mistreated employees and often made them feel ‘like s**t.’ Royal fans know that the former communications secretary of Sussexes sent a bombshell mail in October 2018 discussing bullying claims against Meghan. But Sussexes denied all of them instantly.
In a bid to support Meghan and Harry, their spokesperson responded, “Let’s just call this what it is – a calculated smear campaign based on misleading and harmful misinformation.” They also blamed the British media outlets for spreading defamatory articles about the Duchess.
