Former Suits actress Meghan Markle, who married the young Prince Harry in 2018, has now been dubbed ‘Duchess Difficult’ by a source said to be close to the royalty. The 43-year-old has allegedly been belittling her staff and holds the potential to make ‘grown men cry’ in a new report. The couple celebrated Duke’s 40th birthday last week, and Meghan’s staff is scared to death of her.
A person close to the couple called her a ‘dictator in high heels.’ While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, the source stated that Harry and Meghan both are not good decision-makers and keep changing their minds frequently. Another insider told the publication, “Harry is a very, very charming person — no airs at all — but he’s very much an enabler. And she’s just terrible.”

According to reports, the estranged royal couple has had high staff turnover throughout the years. Markle’s top aide and private secretary departed in 2021, and last month, the couple’s chief of staff resigned just after three months on the job. Previously, in 2018, shortly after the duo’s wedding, the former actress faced accusations of mistreating two palace staff members, prompting the Palace to investigate the ‘bullying accusation.’
