Coronation Street & Emmerdale Confirm Early Releases
Coronation Street and Emmerdale will release their episodes early on ITVX during the Euro 2024 football tournament. You can watch them at 7 am on the day they air. It’s been confirmed that the ITV soaps will have schedule changes over the next few weeks because BBC One and ITV1 are airing the international tournament.
This week, Corrie and Dales will air on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings. But guess what? If you can’t wait to watch your favourite soaps, new episodes will be available on ITVX at 7 am each morning they air. This is a shift from the previous Euro tournament in 2021, where ITV dropped a whole week’s worth of episodes on a Monday.
For those who love watching in the evening, Corrie will be on from 8-9 p.m. on June 18, 2024 (Tuesday), June 19, 2024 (Wednesday), and June 21, 2024 (Friday). However, Dales will air from 7-8 p.m. on Tuesday and from 7.30-8 p.m. on Wednesday and Friday.
Additionally, beyond June 28, more changes are coming, but details aren’t confirmed yet. In other news, the show has warned fans to watch out for scammers. Producers convey that fake social media accounts are pretending to be cast members. The statement said that producers of both programs felt it necessary to alert viewers that such incidents have been occurring more frequently recently.
It advised viewers to exercise caution when engaging on social media and to remain vigilant in identifying and reporting fake accounts. For more such changes in timings and updates on Emmerdale and Coronation Street, stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily
