The Royal Plans for a Grand Christmas are out! Unfortunately, it does not include Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. The Royal Family Christmas dinner is slated to be held in the ballroom at Sandringham House. An insider revealed that the number of attendees expected at the grand occasion is very high!
While all the attendees, including the Royal Family, have already received their invitations. But Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are not on the list of invitees. “There will be a large number of people present at this year’s dinner. It was trialled in the ballroom for the first time last year and proved a big success so this year will be held in a similar fashion,” an insider revealed.
The occasion will be marked by a traditional style dinner of roast and all the frills and trimmings. Even though the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have not been invited to the Christmas dinner, the list of family members who are attending is quite long. Queen Camilla has even invited her children and grandchildren for the event.
The Queen has two children and five grandchildren of her own. Camilla’s son Tom Parker Bowles has one daughter Lola, 17, and a son, Freddy, 14, while her daughter Laura Lopes has a daughter Eliza, 16, and twins Gus and Louis, 14. The insider also added that while all the guests will be celebrating the occasion together, not all of them will be staying together.
Prince William and Kate Middleton will put up at nearby Anmer Hall but will be in attendance for the family festivities. Princess Beatrice is also expected to attend the celebration. She is currently pregnant and will also be debuting her daughter Sienna. The other royal names who will be in attendance include Princess Anne and her children, The Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, and the Duke and Duchess of York.
