The entire world is in the loop about the upcoming Presidential Election in the US. Former Royals, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are currently residing in California have made an urgent statement regarding the elections. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex urged the US citizens to ensure that they all come out to cast their votes.
Harry and Meghan took to the website of their charitable organisation, The Archewell Foundation, to share the message while marking National Voter Registration Day. The couple chose to come out and issue a formal statement regarding the importance of voting because they fiercely feel that every vote and every voice matters.
“Voting is not just a right; it’s a fundamental way to influence the fate of our communities. At The Archewell Foundation, we recognize that civic engagement, no matter one’s political party, is at the heart of a more just and equitable world,” Harry and Meghan’s official statement read.
Furthermore, they asserted that they aim to amplify the message that “every voice matters.” The statement then went on to urge the citizens to register at Vote.gov. to cast their vote. While the couple made a strong statement regarding voting, they refrained from showing any public support to Kamala Harris, or Donald Trump.

It is said that the members of the Royal Family do not indulge in conversations regarding politics. However, Harry and Meghan are known to break that rule. Even during the 2020 US Presidential Election between Donald Trump and Joe Biden, the couple issued a video message asking people to “vote against hate speech.” But even back then, they refrained from taking any names.
Well, we hope that the statement made by The Sussexes reaches the intended readers and that they do come out to cast their votes, as every voice does matter! Stay tuned to Soap Opera Daily for more updates on The Royals family!
