Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are trying to sort out their relationship with King Charles III, as he has cancer. Sources confirmed that they saw Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in London last week. They had a secret meeting with King Charles’ top communications aide. It was for the possible royal peace summit. The meeting was held at the private Royal Over-Seas League club.
Meredith Maines, who is the Sussexes’ chief communications officer and Liam Maguire, who is their U.K. lead, were a part of the meeting. Meanwhile, Tobyn Andreae, who is the King’s communications secretary, was present from the royal side. Elsewhere, Hugo Vickers, who is a royal biographer, said that they might have discussed routine things, but at some point, they had to reconcile. Prince Harry wants to reconcile because he will be full of guilt if he never sees his father again. He has to apologise and ask his father to forgive him.
The Couple Wants To Sort Out Things With Prince William!
The Duke of Sussex lost his father in February 2024. They met after King Charles announced that he had cancer. Meanwhile, in a meeting held this May, he said that he was sad over losing the court case related to getting his security in the UK. Prince Harry also expressed his hope to reconcile. He said that he didn’t know how much time his father had. Hugo Vickers added that they might not see Harry returning to the royal duties, but he might be on good terms with his father.
Meanwhile, royal insiders speculate that King Charles might extend a private conversation to the couple and their children. The kids will join King Charles at Balmoral, where he spends August. Hugo said that it is his house, so he can do whatever he wants to. However, Prince Harry and Prince William remain distant. They have not spoken in years and have no intention to reconcile.
