Prince Harry left the royal world in 2020 with his wife Meghan Markle. The Duke was open about his issues with the royal family and spoke it out in interviews and his memoir, Spare. One such clip from his interviews has caught attention on the internet again and has gone viral.
In this video, Harry was speaking to Anderson Cooper where he called Queen Camilla ‘the villain’ and ‘third person’ in Prince Charles and Diana’s marriage. He also mentioned that Camilla ‘needed to rehabilitate her image’ after getting married to now King Charles.
A lot of people say that Prince Charles had an affair with Camilla while being married to Princess Diana. This was the reason for Charles and Diana’s divorce and Harry seems to believe that Camilla was the villain. Harry, in the now-viral clip, is seen saying, “She (Camilla) was the villain… She was the third person in their marriage. She needed to rehabilitate her image.”
As per reports, this interview clip was shot in January 2023 while the Duke was promoting his autobiography, Spare. Until now this video has been liked by over 10,000+ people and viewed by more than 300,000 people in just a few days. The interview in question had several other things about Charles and Camilla.
When asked if Harry and William asked their father not to marry Camilla. He said, “Yes. We didn’t think it was necessary. We thought that it was gonna cause more harm than good and that, if he was not with his person, surely that’s enough. We wanted him to be happy. And we saw how happy he was with her. So, at the time, it was, ‘OK’.”

While some supported Harry online and stood up for the late Princess Diana, others criticised him for making such harsh remarks about his stepmother. This whole news created a lot of mess in 2023 and strained the father-son’s relationship even more. He was also recently not seen at Trooping the Colour for the second time, and things do not seem to get better.
