Prince Harry & Meghan Slammed Again!
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have been called out for their global tours especially their Colombia visit earlier this year. The estranged couple embarked on two high-profile visits to Nigeria and Colombia in 2024 and received a lot of criticism for it. A royal commentator, Kinsey Schofield, spoke to GB News and called the duo hypocrites for not visiting the UK over security concerns.
He said, “Harry and Meghan visiting Colombia caught many of us off guard. Because Prince Harry said he was too fearful to bring his wife back to the UK because he said X, Y, and Z would happen. And laid out some extreme examples of things he feared.” Schofield also added that Prince Harry will be very well protected in Britain so it does feel a little hypocritical.
These comments come after the couple faces scrutiny over their international visits. The Sussexes took their Colombia trip earlier this year after being invited by the country’s Vice President. They were invited to promote internet safety for children. And this trip also sparked a frenzy over its costs, with one senator calling it ‘wasteful spending.’ Their visit especially faced backlash as their security cost a whopping £1.5 million.

Schofield also blasted the diplomatic implication of Prince Harry and Meghan’s overseas visit as they are typically for alliances on behalf of the government.
