Prince William And Kate Middleton Say No To Louis’s Role!
After hearing that Prince Louis is passionate about collecting conkers, the World Conker Championships offered him his first official role as their patron. They wrote about it to Prince William and Kate Middleton. However, the Prince and Princess of Wales refused to accept their offer. They rejected it because their son, Prince Louis, isn’t a working member of the royal family yet.
A spokesperson of the couple told The Telegraph that the couple appreciates their efforts, but Louis is concentrating on his studies. This effort came after Kate revealed her son’s hobby during her meeting with the Scouts and First Lady Melania Trump in Windsor. She told Chief Dwayne Fields that they keep finding conkers in cupboards, beds, and toy trucks.
Prince William Says School Is The Priority!
Elsewhere, the World Conker Championships have raised £420000 for charities that support the visually impaired since 1965. The event takes place every year on 2nd Sunday of October in Northamptonshire. The competitors fight for the titles of Conker King and Queen. Meanwhile, there are plenty of conkers in Windsor. Many were donated by the royal estate for the Championships.
The royal observers will know that Prince Louis did his first official engagement by volunteering with the Scouts in Slough. He has joined his parents in Trooping the Colour, the VE Day 80 commemoration, and the Christmas Day walkabout. Meanwhile, the couple’s children will carry out public duties one day; Prince William is focusing on their education now. In November, during his visit to Cape Town in South Africa, he said that they have to wait a bit longer as they are at school, and that is the priority.
