The Prince of Wales has been a rock-hard husband through Kate’s journey with cancer, and one expert has now suggested he made a big change following his wife’s diagnosis. Earlier in March, Kate revealed that she was diagnosed with an undisclosed form of cancer, and ever since, she has finished her chemotherapy sessions and also returned to some royal duties. Along with her, King Charles has been getting treatment for cancer.
This really was a tough year for the monarchy, and after these diagnoses, body language expert Judi James said it seems like Prince William has changed his priorities. While speaking to The Daily Mail, the expert highlighted how William’s recent change to a less formal style indicates his growing confidence and his stepping up to the throne as he takes charge of the family while the King and Kate go through a challenging time.

Royal fans spotted the prince in his new style with a beard in August as he developed a more rugged look. He also updated his wardrobe by opting for more casual-looking clothes. While visiting the NFL Foundation, William wore a slim-fit blazer and chinos; he completed the look with a pair of white trainers. This came after Kate’s announcement of finishing her chemotherapy treatment in September
King Charles is still receiving treatment for his undisclosed form of cancer but recently paused it for around two weeks to undertake an international tour of Australia and Samoa.
